Space-Grade Photodetector Read-Out Chip Family
Description
GenerIC is a whole family of pin-to-pin compatible photodetector read-out chips. GenerIC family features space-grade reliability including triple-voting register and radiation hardened design up to several Mrad in TID.
GenerIC family is composed of :
- Liroc : Fast Photon Counting with SiPM for LIDAR or time-of-flight application
- Poproc : Fast Photon Counting with MCP-PMT or MA-PMT for LIDAR or time of flight application
- Radioroc : Multimodal SiPM read-out chip for scientific instrumentation purpose
- Psiroc : Multimodal low-gain detector read-out chip for scientific instrumentation purpose (PIN diode, Silicon strip, APD, GEMs)
- Temporoc : Mixed signal read-out chip embedding ADC and TDC
